As with anything it's tough to build good habits. I was talking with my girlfriend last night about how she had quit smoking recently and I considered how it's so much easier, it seems, to create habits that lead us away from doing things we'd like not to do anymore. But, in creating good habits, it always seems the goal is farther away. I've been trying to create a habit of getting up earlier and creating two master studies every morning before work but I've only been able to make that happen 5 out of the last 8 days. Such is life. I'll keep forcing the habit and I'm hoping to become an art addict.
